环曲面眼镜片的慢刀伺服加工技术
Toric Spectacle Lens by Using Slow Tool Servo Turning
摘要
Abstract
To solve the difficulties of processing non - rotationally symmetric aspherical spectacle lens,a method of machining toric spectacle lens with slow tool servo was discussed. A mathematical model of toric was established, and its cutting path was generated. The plan of cutting contact point discretization and cutting tool compensation, and the space extension problem of prism surface were analyzed. At last,an example shows that the proposed method based on slow tool servo is feasible and toric spectacle lens with diopter accuracy within 0. 05D can be achieved.关键词
