摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the lightweight of the gearbox housing,the finite element analysis was used to build the gearbox housing model of a light -duty trucks,which was analyzed and vertified by modal test,including structural strength analysis under statics and dynamics conditions. Based on the analysis results,a topological optimization design for the gearbox housing was carried out. The optimization results show that the mass of the improved gearbox housing has reduced 8% which is reduced from 30kg to 27. 6kg,on the premise of the box's stiffness staying the same and the strength and vibration performance of the box basically unchanged.
