摘要

Abstract

This paper presented a design scheme of electrical gear type time grating sensor for both dynamic measurement and static measurement. The stator of sensor consisted of upper layer,middle layer and lower layer. Symmetric three—phase windings were wound around gears of these three layers respectively,and the number of pole pairs was half the number of slots to realize high precision measurement with low machining precision for spatial division. Experimental results show that the precision of this type sensor can achieve +2.1" with low cost.
