基于创成设计思想的可重构机床模块设置方法
Modular Setting of Reconfigurable Machine Tools Based on Generative Design Method

Abstract
Establishment of a rational function module group is the key to achieve the reconfigurable schemes of the reconfigurable machine tools (RMT). Based on generative design method the structure topology schemes of the boring machine and milling machine were established. It solved the problem of lack of structure schemes for dividing the machine modules. The machine tool conceptual structure module groups were obtained by analysis of the machine structure topology schemes. The conceptual function module groups of machine tools were established based on the principle of module functional autonomy design in RMT. Through the linking of the conceptual function modules, movement function and the process planning, the functional module setting method of reconfigurable machine tools was proposed based on the process planning of the machined part family. Fanally a case study validated the proposed method.关键词
