Detection of Regulatory T Cells, Th1 and Th2 Cells in Peripheral Blood of Cancer Patients and Its Clinical Significance
目的:通过检测恶性肿瘤患者外周血中的淋巴细胞亚群、CD4+ CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)以及Th1、Th2细胞的数量,了解恶性肿瘤患者的免疫状态.方法:采用流式细胞仪检测90例恶性肿瘤患者(肿瘤组)及60例健康体检者(对照组)外周血中的淋巴细胞亚群、Treg细胞和以及Th1和Th2细胞数量.结果:肿瘤组外周血CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞和NK细胞的数量均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),而Treg细胞显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).肿瘤…查看全部>>
Objective:To detect the levels of lymphocyte subsets、CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells(Treg cells), Thl and Th2 cells in peripheral blood of patients with malignant cancer, in order to study the immunologic function in those patients.
