Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Aidi injection in combination with gemcitabine plus cisplatin in advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods: Eighty patients with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into control group (n=42) and observation group(n = 38) from Jun 2009 to Jan 2011. Patients in the control group were given gemcitabine plus cisplatin(GP) chemotherapy alone, while patients in the observation group were given GP chemotherapy plus Aidi injection. Clinical efficacy, including therapeutic efficiency, quality of life, adverse reaction and immune function were compared between the two groups after three cycles of chemotherapy. Results: Therapeutic efficiency of observation group and control group were 50.0% and 42. 8%, and there were no statistically significant difference between them(P＞ 05). Improvement rates of Karnofsky performance status scale (KPS) score in observation group and control group were 36. 84% and 21. 43% , and there were statistically significant difference between them(P<0. 05). Adverse reaction rates in observation group were lower than those in control group, there were statistically significant difference between them(P<0. 05). Immune indexes in observation group after chemotherapy improved and those in control group dropped, there were statistically significant differences between them(P<0. 05). Conclusions: Therapy of Aidi injection combined with gemcitabine plus cisplatin can not only improve the life quality of NSCLC patients, but also lower the rates of adverse reaction and protect immune function.关键词
