小叶黑柴胡多糖对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能的影响
Effects of polysaccharides from Bupleurum smithii var.parvifolium on the functions of murine peritoneal macrophages

Abstract
AIM To investigate the effects of polysaccharides from Bupleurum smithii var. parvifolium (BPs) on the immunologic functions of macrophages. METHODS Murine peritoneal macrophages were obtained and treated with different concentrations of BPs (10, 100,200 mg·L-1) to evaluate their phagocytic capacity towards Escherichia coli, chemotaxis and the ability of nitric oxide(NO) secretion. RESULTS BPs, at the dosage used in this study, obviously promoted phagocytosis towards Escherichia coli and chemotaxis (P < 0.001), but had no effect on NO production of macrophages. BPs 100 and 200 mg·L-1 significantly suppressed lipopolysaccharide-induced NO secretion of macrophages ( P < 0.05). CONCLUSION BPs could enhance the immunologic function of macrophage, but inhibit the secretion of lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammatory mediator.关键词
