摘要
Abstract
Objective Investigation and analysis Different season and blood donation times to ALT unqualified influence. Explore the blood ALT positive leading to scrap strategy, for the donors to recruit, and early screening, and the building for fixed blood donation team. Methods In March of 2009 ~ 2010 February in Handan, 18 to 55 years old 20847 donors' five test results (ALT,HBsAg,Anti-HCV\Anti -HIV\Anti -TP) do Epidata3.0 double entry, import SPSS 13.0. Divided health donors into four groups according to donation climate season, To divided into three groups according to donation frequency: the first, again, and many times. Using the chi-square test, post hoc multiple chi-square, and chi-square tendency test to analysis Different season and blood donation times to ALT unqualified influence. Results Each season ALT rejects comparison: ^=349.670, P<0.001, there has statistical difference between groups. Post hoc multiple comparisons using chi-square segmentation, there have no statistical difference between summer and winter (χ2=3.155, P=0.076). The other seasons all have difference between (P<0.001). Autumn was most important factors in rising ALT unqualified, and summer was lowest. There were statistically significant between different blood donation times in ALT unqualified (P<0.001). Using trend of the chi-square test, with increasing of donation times ALT unqualified percent trend to increase (χ2=35.515, P<0.001). Conclusion Blood donation season and times all have influence to ALT unqualified. When in blood donors recruitment should pay attention and strengthen the propaganda of blood donation knowledge in ALT unqualified high season(autumn) and biood donation many times.关键词
