Abstract
Objective Investigation and analysis of the relationship of unpaid blood donors Anti-HCV testing results and the ALT value. Methods: In March of 2009 ~ 2010 February in Handan, 18 to 55 years old 20847 donors five test results do Epidata3.0 double entry, import SPSS 13.0 in statistical analysis Anti-HCV positive and healthy blood donors ALT geometric mean, and to t'-test. Inspection level =0.05. Results:Anti-HCV positive and healthy blood donation ALT value geometric mean were 20.61 U/L and 17.28 U/l; f=2.012,P=0.046,P<0.05, there have statistical difference between groups. Among Anti-HCV positives 127 case, exist 23 ALT>40U/L, was 18.11 percent, and 81.89 percent Anti-HCV positives ALT value was qualified. Conclusion:The ALT value of Anti-HCV positives was higher than health donors; ELISA method for HCV positive detection higher than the detection of ALT. ALT detection has little sense for the window period of HCV infection.关键词
