摘要
Abstract
Objective Investigate the management effect of fine nursing to patients using insulin pumps. Methods Use the method of case-control studies to divide 1190 patients into two groups according to the insulin pumps duration time. Group A with 592 cases under regular methods is the control group. Group B with 598 cases managed by fine nursing methods is the observation group. Results Patients in group B can know pipes that should be replaced easily and can be able to detect abnormities. As a result, Infusion barriers and infusion parts abnormalities decreased obviously. Conclusion Using fine nursing can strengthen the management of patients who use insulin pumps and optimize the therapeutic effect. 关键词
