摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the psychological status and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer to explore the relationship between anxiety and depression status and quality of life. Methods Use the the general population characteristics.The Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Zung Anxiety Rating Scale (SAS) and cervical cancer patients FACT -C survey in order to understand the patients with cervical cancer and normal healthy people psychological status and quality of life and related factors. Results The SDS and SAS score of the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) and had.Negatively correlated to the SDS and SAS score (P <0.05). The age, chemotherapy.staging were the major risk factors that affects the quality of life. Conclusion Depression and anxiety were the symptoms of patients with cervical cancer, Cervical cancer patients quality of life is not very good, understanding the condition and quality of life of patients with anxiety and depression, We need explore targeted interventions.关键词
