摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment for choledochoduodenal fistula which clinical manifestation is not obviously, with diagnosis rate raising year by year at our institution in these years, we need appraise the methods. Methods Fifty-three patients with choledochoduodenal fistula were treated in our hospital from January 2001 to January 2011.Forty-four patients were treated operatively, while nine patients were treated with medicine. Results Fifty-three patients with choledochoduodenal fistula were diagnosed, thirty-eight patients apply with surgical intervention, forty-four patients have good therapeutic efficacy, and eight patients adopted with laparoscopic surgery. By Following up for six months to ten years, they did not recurrent attacks again. Conclusions We should consider drug treatment.ln addition to this, operative therapy as well as laparoscopic surgery were utility treatment. 关键词
