Abstract
Objective Investigation and analysis unpaid blood donors ALT unqualified related factors in Handan area. Discusses strategies to deal with the ALT single positive cause blood scrap.so as to facilitate the donors to recruit, screen early and the building of fixed blood donation. Methods In March of 2009 ~ 2010 February in Handan,18 to 55 years old 20847 donors information and five test results (ALT,HBsAg,Anti-HCV,Anti-HIV,Anti-TP) do Epidata3.0 double entry,import SPSS 13.0 in statistical analysis with t-test, chi-square test.post hoc multiple chi-square,analysis influence of gender,age,occupation,education of ALT unqualified. Results The men and women average levels were 20.52U/L and 12.43U/L,think that have difference between (P<0.0001),in men than women. Divided health donors into four groups according to the age: 18~27,28~37,38~47,48~55 years old.Every age group the ALT unqualified percent was performed chi-square test,χ=142.678,P<0.001 .There differences between groups were considered statistical difference. Post hoc multiple comparisons using chi-square segmentation: 18 ~27,38 ~47,compared with 48~55 years old.there were no differences (χ2=0.278,P=0.598;χ2=4.639,P=0.031:).Between others group all had differences (P<0.001).The health donors are divided into five groups according to the degree:graduate student.university degree.secondary education and high school junior high.primary school and under education people.Using chi -square test to analysis the ALT unqualified percent whether or not has difference between every group.x2=11.697,P=0.165.There was no difference between.To divided health donors into ten groups according to profession: civil servants, workers, commercial or service personnel.farmers,soldiers,students,medical workers, teachers, enterprise clerk, and free profession persons,Using chi-square test to analysis the ALT unqualified percent whether or not has difference between every group.x2=78.618,P< 0.001 .There were statistical difference between groups. Conclusion Blood donation gender.age.profession all affect the ALT unqualified.Don't think that the degree of ALT unqualified have influence.关键词
