Abstract
Objective Comparatively study of the nursing efficacy of laparoscopic assisted total vaginal hysterectomy and total abdominal hysterectomy. Methods Select 58 cases of the patient who had laparoscopic assisted total vaginal hysterectomy and 50 cases of the patient who had total abdominal hysterectomy as the control group between May 2008 and December,2008 to compare the nursing effect after the operation. Result The operation of the two groups was both successful. The time of the removal of urinary canal and the time of passage of gas by anus in the patients who had laparoscopic assisted total vaginal hysterectomy are obvious earlier than that of the control group. The usage rate of painkiller in the group of the patients had laparoscopic assisted total vaginal hysterectomy is apparently less than the control group (P<0.05). There is statistical significance by comparing the difference in the two groups. Conclusion The laparoscopic assisted total vaginal hysterectomy is worth generalization at clinical since it has the advantage of quick recovery and less pain after the operation for patients.关键词
