Effect of Comfortable Nursing Intervention on Anxieties of Patients Receiving Outpatients Operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing intervention on Anxieties of patients receiving outpatient operation. Methods 98 cases patients receiving outpatient operation were randomly divided into two groups.the control group(n=49) with conventional nursing model and experiment group(n=49) with comfortable nursing intervention based on essential nursing.Two groups as preoperative anxiety scores,blood pressure.heart rate and pain severity during the operation during operation were observed. Results The anxiety scores of interfering group were lower (P<0.05),systematic pressure.heart rate,and lower pain severity of interfering group than that control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention can improve the patients pre-operation anxieties emotion obviously, reduce pain severity and enhance the per cent of nursing satisfactory.关键词
