摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss how the nasal sub-unit principles to guide the autogenous ear cartilage joint silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty. Methods The nose were classified into 6-subunites i.e. nasal dorsum, nasal sidewalls, nasal tip, alar, lobule and soft tissue triangle. According to nasal subunit structure and applied anatomy ,with related the parameters associated with the aesthetic index of the nose and requirement of the patient, the combination of prosthesis and autologous cartilage were peformed in 56 patients who were with nasal dorsum and nasal sidewall, tip and soft triangle defects. Results 53 cases were follow-up after three years, the patient was satisfied with the nasal dorsum,sidewall, tip and soft triangle, no nose prosthesis was stepped back, nose shape is better than the traditional method. Conclusion The nasal subunit principle can well-guide the surgery of rhinoplasty, reshape the nose and prevent complications.关键词
