摘要
Abstract
Purpose:To explore the surgury technique for treanment of lower limb angioiipoma .Methods After Careful inspection preop-erative ,2 patients with lower limb angioiipoma were include in this study.The angioiipoma was marked and the incision (about 0.5cm) was disigned on the edge of the angiolipoma.Then use tumescence tissue suction technique with blunt cannula inserting, the majority of the tumor was sucked.The region was pressure dressed for hemostasis at last. Results The lower limb contours was finely and no complications occurred such as hemostasisc .infection and fat embolism.2 cases was cured with satisfied outline of unclear scar and there was no sign of recurrence at 18-month follow-up. Conclusion Tumescence tissue suction with blunt cannula inserting is a valid surgury technique for lower limb angioiipoma treament.关键词
