口服普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床效果观察
Oral propranolol therapy in infants with hemangiomas clinical effect observation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangioma. Methods According to strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, we select 30 cases aged 28 days to 10 mouths with an average age of 4.8 rnonths.They were divided to two groups following the age: <3 mouths children with the dose of 1.5mg·kg-1·d-1;>3 months children with the dose of 2.5mg·kg-1·d-1, all divided to 2 times. Generally hospitalized 5~7d,they were reviewed ECG, three conventional, liver and kidney function, blood glucose, lipids, elec- trolytes and so on. Results The therapeutic effects were evaluated using a 4-point scale system.All of the patients insisted on the treatment following prescription.among them,2 was scale I (poor),4 was scale II (moderate),14 was scale III (good)and 10 was scale IV (excellent). Conclusion The effect of oral propranolol treatment in infantile hemangioma is reliable, with little side effects and a wide range of drug safety.lt will be popularized in future clinical application.关键词
