无偿献血人群丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平分布研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective Investigation and analysis unpaid blood donors'ALT levels distribution. Methods Using rate method to detect ALT value, ELISA test to detect HBsAg, Anti-HCV、Anti -HIV、Anti -TP. 20847 Handan gratis blood donors do Epidata3.0 double entry, import SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis the health blood donors crowd, gender, age group ALT geometric mean. Using the logarithmic normal distribution method determine respectively the range of reference value. Results This area healthy donors ALT geometric mean was 17.34U/L; 95% reference value< 55.88U/L. Conclusion Healthy blood donation in Handan area crowd ALT 95% reference value higher than 40U/L. ALT levels in men than women; 18~27 years old group less than other groups.关键词
