Abstract
Objective To discuss our department ward characteristics methods of Kanban system in high quality nursing application effect. Methods From June 2010 to June 2012 , our department nursing quality nursing care since the incidence of adverse events, patient satisfaction, quality of nursing care satisfaction, Stamps nurse job satisfaction scale. A comparative analysis was carried out in June2011 Kanban system ward characteristics before and after 1 years of each index. Results High quality nursing satisfaction is not significant, the incidence of adverse events is reduced, patient satisfaction, nurse satisfaction difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Kanban system characteristics in our department to carry out high-quality nursing application effectively, enhanced the patient degree of satisfaction, promote the development of nursing work.关键词
