Abstract
Objective To explore the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) and perfect nursing measures. Methods Our collection in January 2010 to January 2012 Ventilator-associated pneumonia in patients with 120 cases were randomly divided into the control group (n=60) and intervention group (n=60), which controls the routine basic nursing methods, intervention group based in routine care foundation with body position care, oral nursing care airway intervention measures, and study the two groups were average mechanical ventilation, successful probability, take off time nursing satisfaction and the total effective rate, etc. Results Intervention group can obviously reduce mechanical ventilation time, improve patient care satisfaction and offline success rate (P<0.05), intervention group after intervention, the prognosis of patients with significantly better in the control group, the mortality rate is reduced (P<0.05),with a statistical significance. Conclusion Cluster of nursing intervention can effectively reduce Ventilator-associated pneumonia patients mortality, shorten the time patients with mechanical ventilation, clinical worth promoting. 关键词
