摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzes the causes and prevention measures of the disputes between nurses and patients on the department of surgery .which suggests the nurses in the surgery should change ideas, strengthen the legal system, safety education, enhance service awareness, regulate practice, improve service attitude and service quality. Nurses should promote the communication between the nurses and the patients, which is the key to reducing nurse-patient disputes and improving the self-protection awareness.关键词
