摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the origin,courser and distribution of the facial nerve in the corrugator supercilii region.Methods By micro-isolation and general topographic separation of a total of 26 facial periorbital nerve from 13 fresh cadavers, researching the ori?ginxourser and distribution of the facial nerve in the corrugator supercilii region. Results The dominated nerve of corrugator from the lateral orbital area is the anterior-middle association branch of nervus temporalis , the distribution of the entrance point is lateral side 1/2 of the corrugator supercilii. The nerves which enter the orbicularis oculi muscle are mainly consist of the united branches include the zygomatic branches of facial nerves that run through deeper part of the major zygomatic muscle up enter the lower part of orbicularis oculi muscle toward direction of inner canthus and couple with several secondary facial branches which go through the deeper part of the lesser zygomatic muscle to medial area of periorbital area. Meantime, the latter branch can produce sub-branch to enter the procerus and depressor supercilii of the lateral side in periorbital area and finally enter the corrugator from its deeper part. The entrance points are distribute in the medial side of corrugator, that is one third to the original point. Conclusions Through identifying the characteristics of regional anatomy, we can understand accurately to the fact of the bilateral of the innervation of corrugator supercilii, which have an important guidance to the application of selective nerve block surgery in removing wrinkle.关键词
