Abstract
Objective To analysis the clinical efficacy of 131 I combination with euthyrox on papillary thyroid carcinoma which had surgery treatment. Methods 173 cases PTC patients were divided into control and experimental groups according to postoperative treatment. The control group which had 79 cases only took euthyrox treatment. The experimental group which had 94 cases took 131 I combination with euthyrox treatment. After 3 years, compared the two groups of patients on recurrence, metastasis and survival. Results The rate of recurrence, metastasis and survivalof control group were 16.46%,13.92% and 7.59%.But he rate of recurrence, metastasis and survivalof control group were 4.26% ,4.26% and 1.06% .They were all lower than control group. And there were significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of 131 I combination with euthyrox on papillary thyroid carcinoma which had surgery treatment is better. It could reduce the recurrence and metastases, improve survival and quality of life.关键词
