Abstract
Objective To investigate the preoperative decisions and postoperative hospital stay rehabilitation experience care ways and effects for breast cancer surgery resection patients. Methods 240 cases with breast cancer resection were divided into the treatment group and the control group, two groups were adopted the conventional breast cancer surgery resection and general care, on this basis, the treatment group were added the preoperative decisions and postoperative hospital stay rehabilitation experience care. Results The degree of pain were gradually reduced with postoperative recovery, The degree of pain of the treatment group after the 1st, the 4th were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The systolic blood pressure of the treatment group were elevated more than the control group after the 1st (P<0.05). The heart rate were significantly increased, the difference between the groups were not obvious. Conclusion The preoperative decisions and postoperative hospital stay rehabilitation experience care for breast cancer surgery resection patients should be fully listen to understand the individual wishes to help patients better cope with the surgery and to promote postoperative rehabilitation. 关键词
