摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by conducting satisfaction survey among the hospitalized patients. Methods Using satisfaction survey questionnaire that was designed by the nursing department to investigate the satisfaction degree of inpatients. Results The satisfaction degree of inpatients during Jun.2011 to Sep.2011 was obviously improved. Conclusions The satisfaction survey of inpatients can truly reflects the problems of nursing service. According to the demands of TCM nursing of patients, we can improve the nursing service, and could promote the process of quality TCM nursing care.关键词
