摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate morning hand -over process reengineering for ICU nursing service quality application effect. Methods In ICU nursing service quality, in the morning the handing-over flow process reengineering, comparison before and after the process reengineering morning hand -over process each time used, nursing quality and nurse the handing -over illness awareness. Results After the process reengineering of the morning the handing-over process used by the time was significantly lower than before the process reengineering, Process reengineering of nursing after the handing-over quality is higher than before the process reengineering, After the process reengineering of nurse illness known score higher than before the process reengineering, their difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The morning hand-over process reengineering, improve the handing-over mode, simplify working process, regulating the hand-over content, strengthen the handing-over consciousness, improve the quality of nursing work.关键词
