黄芪穴位注射对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠皮肤抗氧化酶和羟脯氨酸的影响
摘要
Abstract
Objectives To observe the effects of the acupoint injection of Radix Astragali on contents of anti -oxidase and hydroxyproline in skin of senile mouse induced by D-galactose. Methods The sub-acute aged model induced by D-galactose was established by subcutaneous injection at the neck back. The contents of super oxide dismutase was measured by xanthine oxidase method and hydroproline was measured by digestion technique. Results Acupoint injection of Radix Astragali can improve the activity of super oxide dismutase and increase the contents of hydroproline in skin of senile mouse. Conclusion Acupoint Injection of Radix Astragali can prevent and protect against premature aging.关键词
