Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficiency of urethral realignment under endoscope. Methods We retrospectively analyzed clinical date of 42 cases treated with urethral realignment under endoscope for urethral disruption. Results 42 cases of urethral injury Endoscope in double rendezvous were successful. All patients without urinary incontinence.36 cases with no need for further treatment, urinary flow rate was normal; the other 6 cases by short-term periodic urethral dilation after normal urination. Followed up 6 months to 2 years, 41 cases with normal urination, 1 case relapsed. Conclusions For less operation time, minor trauma, rapid recovery and high efficiency, urethral realignment with endoscope is a better choice than traditional open surgery should be used for early urethral disruption.关键词
