Abstract
Objective To summarize the pediatric epilepsy postoperative complications observation and nursing measures. Methods a retrospective analysis of 324 cases of pediatric epilepsy postoperative patient clinical data. Results In this group of patients achieved good results, postoperative intracranial hemorrhage in 6 cases, 20 cases of cerebral edema, seizures and episodes in 35 cases, transient contralateral paresis in 13 cases, a language disorder in 12 cases, with no deaths. Conclusion The postoperative comprehensive, continuous, dynamic observation of clinical symptoms, nursing, prevention of complications are the guarantee of successful operation.关键词
