摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relation of peripheral blood nuclear cells CD40/CD40L expression and prognosis in allergic purpura children. Methods 45 children with allergic purpura (the observation group) were actively given the integrated treatment, and selected 45 normal healthy children (the control group), All children were collected peripheral anti-clotting blood for the nuclear cells CD40/CD40L expression detecting. Results There were 42 cases were cured, the effective rate of 93.3% . The CD40mRNA expression levels of the two groups had no significant difference before and after treatment (P> 0.05),The CD40LmRNA expression of the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05), and were increased significantly after added PHA (P<0.05), and the CD40L mRNA expression was significantly decreased after added Dex in the observation group(P<0.05), but had little changed in the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion The high expression of blood nuclear cells CD40/CD40L can expand the size of B cell activation in the allergic purpura children that results in the generation of a large number of antibodies involved in the pathogenesis was negatively correlated with the prognosis.关键词
