64层螺旋CT血管成像技术在肠系膜上动脉夹层诊断运用研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore application value of 64 detecter spiral CT angiography for dissecting aneurysm of aorta. Methods According to the hospital from 2007 to 2011 and select the superior mesenteric artery were laminated hematoma were 18 cases of patients, this group 18 cases with multilayer spiral CT angiography imaging technology diagnosis. In the outer court random control group of 17 cases superior mesenteric artery sandwich final diagnosis with magnetic resonance imaging technology diagnosis, the two groups of patients, the index of diagnosis and accurate diagnosis data record, statistics analysis SPSS18.0 software test and count a chi-square test. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate is 98.1%, higher than the control group 75.2% of the diagnostic accuracy rate (X2=15.34, P<0.01), and the experimental group in the diagnosis of each index in the process of inspection accuracy are higher than those in the control group (f=1.6122, P<0.05). Two sets of data are subject to SPSS18.0 software test, contrast significantly different, with statistical significance. Conclusion 64 layer spiral CT imaging and after-treatment technology of blood vessels can clearly show the mesenteric artery sandwich, which , has an important role for timely and accurate diagnosis.关键词
