Abstract
Objective Summary the psychological conditions and psychological cares of women in Peri-menopausal period. Methods 158 case in our hospital (from January to December in 2011) with menopausal symptoms were analyzed and summarized. According to the different psychological requirement of the patients, Who were given various psychological cares and given them propagate healthy education and psychological intervention. Results By understood the different psychological conditions of women on Peri-menopausal and applied a variety of psychological cares, emotional problems, including anxiety, depression and suspicious, Of Peri-menopausal women were improved and prevented effectively. The majority of Peri-menopausal women have passed this special physiological period by ameliorated physic condition and mitigate anxiety. Conclusion Effective psychological intervention and psychological care can greatly improve emotion and psychological problem of the peri-menopausal women,It's useful to help them passing especial peri-menopausal period favorably.关键词
