Abstract
Objective To explore the treatment efficacy of Compound Glycyrrhizin on plane warts and its effect to immune function. Methods 80 cases were divided into two groups randomly. 40 cases in the control group were externally applied with 0.1% Tazarotene Cream and Foscarnet Sodium Cream each day and night. Besides those, the cases in treatment group were applied with Compound Glycyrrhizin tablets; before and after treatment T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood lymphocytes of them were also detected. Results After treatment, the cure rates of the two groups were compared. The cure rate of the treatment group was 75%, and that of the control group was 67.5%. The comparison of the two groups had statistical significance. T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood lymphocytes of the treatment group had a obvious difference (PC 0.05)before and after treatment, which had statistical significance. Conclusion The immuno-regulating effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin on plane warts is positive.关键词
