Abstract
Objective Clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light (IPL) In hair removal and prevention of complications. Methods use of Israel's intense, pulsed light treatment instrument Lovely II 876 cases of hair disease patients a total of 1203 sites for hair removal, usually takes 3-6 times, each time interval of 30 to 45 days. Before and after treatment of hair density calculation of hair remove percentage to evaluate the hair removal efficiency; pigmentation after treatment 41 patients were randomly divided into two groups, a group of the topical Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream treatment, another group as control without medication. Results The use of intense pulsed light hair removal and total effective rate was 94%, no serious complications during treatment. 41 cases of Pigmentation in patients with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream group than unused group improved significantly. Conclusion intense pulsed light is a safe and reliable treatment for hair removal. Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream is a safe and effective treatment of pigmentation.关键词
