Abstract
Objective To determine the efficacy and safety of improved autoepidermal graftion in the treatment of vitiligo in stable stage. Methods The vitiligo lesions in stable stage of 108 patients were divided into two groups equally. The treatment group including 103 lesions were treated with improved autoepidermal graftion, the control group including 98 lesions were treated with traditional autoepidermal graftion. Efficacies were evaluated 6 months after the treatments were completed. Results The number of "cured" and "remarkably improved" were 90, 95 in the treatment group, and the rates of remarkably improved were 92.23%, the rates of "cured" were 87.4%; The number of "cured" and "remarkably imp roved" were 72, 81; in the control group, and the rates of remarkably improved were 82.7%, the rates of "cured"were 73.5%; the two groups show statistical difference in the rates of "cured " (χ2=6.21,P<0.05) and " remarkably improved"(χ24.23,P<0.05). Conclusion The improved autoepidermal graftion is safe and effective in treating stable vitiligo.关键词
