Prevention and treatment strategies to surgical complication of bromidrosis through mini incision
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the prevention and treatment strategies to complication of osmidrosis operation through mini incision. Methods Preoperative smoking, alcohol, pro-bleeding drugs and food were forbidded and routine examination was executed. Female patients avoided the menstrual period. Hemostasis and repeated saline lavage in operation area were performed, pressure bandage was used to wound package and upper limbs braked after operation. Postoperative antibiotic and hemostatic were applicated 2-3 days. In case of complications, patiens were gave the corresponding correct treatment. Results Postoperative complications of osmidrosis operation through mini incision were significantly reduced. The damage of complications was reduced to the minimum after the proper treatment. Conclusion The Prevention and treatment strategies can significantly reduce the incidence of surgical complication of bromidrosis through mini incision, the effect of corrected treatment to occurred complications is also satisfactory.关键词
