摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the relationship of the infarct region and leukocyte count in acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods Sixty-six acute myocardial infarction patients were enrolled as they were administrated and were observed the difference of leukocyte count based on myocardial infarct region,and their relationship with the coronary artery was verified by coronary angiography. Results There were 13 patients whose leukocyte count more than 10.0×109/L in anterior/extensive anterior/ anteroseptal myocardial infarction.whereas only 8 patients were in inferior/right ventricular myocardial infarction.There is significant difference between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Elevation of leukocyte count is related with infarct region of AMI,and is obvious in anterior/extensive anterior/anteroseptal myocardial infarction compared with in inferior/right ventricular myocardial infarction.关键词
