Abstract
Objective To study the correlation of eosinophil cationic protein (ECP),interleukin-17 (IL-17) and IgE in serum of children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Methods Sixty children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma were enrolled into the observation group.Fivety children without acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma were enrolled into the control group.Their ECP, IL-17 and IgE in serum were detected. Results The ECP,IL-17 and IgE in the observation group were higher than these in the control group (P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between IgE and IL-17 (r=0.2678, P<0.01) There was a positive correlation between IgE and ECP (r=0.3177,P<0.01). Conclusions IL-17 and ECP can prompt the disease severity of children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.关键词
