肠外应用ω-3鱼油脂肪乳对肺挫伤合并肺炎的疗效观察OA
ω-3 fish oil fatty emulsion effect on patients with pulmonary contusion together with pneumonia
目的:观察ω-3鱼油脂肪乳对肺挫伤合并肺炎的治疗效果.方法:患者为肺挫伤合并肺炎,均存在呼吸衰竭,氧合指数＜300,随机分为鱼油脂肪乳治疗组和对照组,对照组采用机械通气、抗感染、营养支持等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用ω-3鱼油脂肪乳剂100ml每天一次静脉滴注,疗程5～7天,观察患者住ICU天数、机械通气天数、抗生素使用天数、ARDS发生率,并对两组结果进行比较.结果:治疗组在住ICU天数、机械通气天数、抗生素使用天数、ARDS发生率上明…查看全部>>
