急性胰腺炎与脂肪肝的相关性研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the correlativity between pancreatitis and fatty liver. Methods 150 cases with pancreatitis underwent consecutive CT scans including iiver.gallbladder and pancreas. The serum triglycerride (TG)was measured in 35 cases. Results There were 43 cases (28.7%)with fatty liver.60 cases accompanied biliary diseases (40%),and 24 without biliary diseases (24%),and 11 cases with both of them(7.3%). In 27 cases, serum TG was elevated in variable degrees. Conclusion Patients with fatty liver were vulnerable to pancreatitis because Of hypertriglyceridemia. 关键词
