摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the causes of severe sleep disorders in the elderly patients with mechanical ventilation in RICU Method 50 elderly patients with severe RICU mechanical ventilation form January 2010 to June 2011 were retrospectively studied, using the PSQI to factors with self- prepared questionnaire survey of sleep affect the quality of patient. Results The average PSQI score was 7.86:4.28,the PSQI of 32 patients was above 7 minutes.64% of patients had abnormal sleep quality.The causes included age .incision pain, cough and sputum, breathing patterns change by the impact and the external environment. Conclusions RICU of elderly patients with mechanical ventilation during sleep is poor, affecting factors, nurses according to the actual situation may take individual nursing care, patients improved sleep quality, promote the recovery of the patients with.关键词
