摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of narrow-band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) therapy in the treatment of stable vitiligo. Method 144 cases of patients with vitiligo selected from dermatologists, the patients were divided into head and neck group, the back group, abdominal waist group and limb group, with NB-UVB therapy treated. Results All patients completed the treatment, the lesions efficient in head and neck group was higher than that in the back group, abdominal waist group and limb group, which showed significant differences (P<0.05); the lesions efficient of the trunk was higher than that in limbs group (P<0.05). the indexes include Onset of light energy, the number of onset of radiation, effective in the light energy and frequency of exposure markedly by Chi-square test showed no significant differences among all four groups (P>0.05). Conclusions There showed significant early effects of NB-UVB on the treatment of vitiligo, and good treatment compliance also showed as well. 关键词
