Abstract
Objective To specification Surgery Class I incision perioperative antibiotic use and reduce antibiotic use. Methods Through the development of perioperative antibiotic use system and organizing training. Phased detailed management program to monitor the focus and program adjustments, periodic summary, analysis and feedback. At the same time, and comprehensively promote the Department of Infectious Diseases consultation system, to strengthen the hospital infection Branch of key departments, sections of the environmental monitoring and surgical wound infection (SSI), the incidence of monitoring measures. Results Class I incisional SSI incidence increased.Class I incision antibiotics using the correct rate of 86.96%.Class I incision of perioperative antibiotic utilization rate of less than 30%. Conclusion The phased, detailed management, easy to difficult, step by step the antibiotic management model combined with clinical small department training, department of infectious diseases consultation system and hospital infection control to effectively regulate surgical Class I incision rioperative anti-Antibiotic use and reduce antibiotic use.关键词
