摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of oral isotretinion and erythromycin enteric coated in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris. Methods By a single-blind randomized controlled method, the trail group which was treated with oral isotretinoin and erythromycin enteric coated while the control group was treated with oral isotretinoin for treatment for 8 weeks. Results After treatment ,the number of skin lesions in both of the two group was reduced. Effective rate for the trial group was83.33%, the control group was61.70%, with significant difference between them (P<0.05). Conclusion Isotretinoin and erythromycin show definite curative effect in the treatment of mid papulosa and acne pustulosa. 关键词
