Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of modified qingrijieduhuoxue soup combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB) in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 60 patients were divided into two groups ,the treatment group (30cases) was treated with modified qingrijieduhuoxue soup and NB-UVB,the control group (30cases) was treated with NB-UVB alone.one treatment course was 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 86.67% for the treatment group and 60.00% for the control group.with a significant difference (P=0.0410,P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of modified qingrijieduhuoxue soup and NB-UVB has an obvious therapeutic effectiveness and is safe in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. 关键词
