Abstract
Objectives To caompare ceftriaxone sodium's,ceftizoxime sodium's and cefepime sodium's curative effects on the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Methods Divided 191 cases of those who have been diagnosed as lower respiratory tract infection into group1,group2 and group3,these three groups have 63 cases,66cases and 62 cases respectively,adopted ceftriaxone sodium to groupi as treatment.adopted ceftizoxime sodium to group2,and adopted cefepime sodium to group3,compared their effects and adverse effects' happening situations after the treatment. Results The overall see efficiency of those patients in group3 who have been given cefepime sodium as treatment is obviously higher than groupi's and group2's,while the adverse effects' happening situations are evidently fewer than groupi's andgroup2's,the differences are significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Cefepime sodium's effect on the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection is obviously better than ceftriaxone sodium's and ceftizoxime sodium's,what's more,the happening of adverse effect is less.关键词
