摘要
Abstract
Objiective To prevent medical disputes and ensure the safety in blood transfusion by statistical analysis of the transfusion records. Methods 300 medical records of blood transfusion from January 2010 to June 2012 were checked and graded according to the evaluation table. Results 117 transfusion records have defects, the defect rate reaches 39%. Conclusions There are still many defect cases in our transfusion records, which can be great medical hidden trouble. Clinical doctors and hospital management department should pay more attention to improve, and ensure the safety in blood transfusion.关键词
