老年低血糖意识障碍患者的原因分析及护理
Analysis the cases of hypoglycemia with consciousness disorders and nursing care of the eldedy patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the causes of hypoglycemia and consciousness disordersin elderly patients and raise nursing strategy. Methods Clinical data of thirty elderly patients with hypoglycemia and consciousness disorders admitted from May 2009 to May 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Hypoglycemia with consciousness disorders was associated with age,drug,diet and exercise,mental factors.After the symptomatic treatment and nursing care, 25 patients had good prognosis.while 5 patients had bad prognosis. Conclusion To the elderly diabetics of hypoglycemia and consciousness disorders, we should correct hypoglycemia actively as soon as possible, and then treat and take care in progress targeting to the causes and complications of consciousness disorders at the same time.while enhancing the missionary of the knowledge of the diabetes mellitus.关键词
