Reason for leaving 399 employed Nurses Survey Analysis and Countermeasures

Abstract
Objective Analyze the reasons for contract nurse's resignation; Explore management strategies; Improve contract nurse's management. Method Collect data by self-made questionnaire; trained investigators distribute questionnaires and take them back on the spot. Results Constantly increasing workload and working pressure,unfair distribution,low pay are the main reasons that cause contract nurses leaving. Conclusions Contract system nurse's proportion in our hospital is gradually enlarged. To keep contract nurse team stability is the key point of improving the quality of care. 关键词
